Education and Training Awards for Women is a flagship program of Soroptimist International of the Americas, designed to uplift and empower women who serve as the primary financial support for their families. This unique award offers direct financial assistance to help recipients pursue post-secondary education, skills training, or certifications that will open doors to new opportunities and a brighter future. For many women, this support is life-changing—it not only improves their employment prospects but also strengthens the well-being of their families and communities.

The Soroptimist Foundation of Canada is proud to support this impactful program by offering Live Your Dream Awards to women living in Canadian communities without access to a local Soroptimist club. By doing so, we help ensure that all eligible women across the country—regardless of their location—have the opportunity to benefit from this transformative support.

Applications are accepted each year through the online application portal, which opens on August 1 and closes on November 15. We encourage eligible women to apply and take that important step toward building a more secure and empowered future.
